Research On Social Incubator Model Under Public Socialization

And then combined with the current government’s social management innovation, put forward the "small government", "big society" the innovation of management idea, the power of the government assignment social forces, encourage social forces to participate in social governance, leading to purchase the background of social services.The second part from the analysis for the possibility and necessity of the socialization of public service, expounds the social organization hatching the inevitability of the trend. The possibility of the public service socialization in social organizations to provide services and qualitative increase, this change is done in dual driven by government and society. On the one hand, the government encourage social forces to participate in social management, providing public services to the public. On the other hand, the social transformation make the needs of public services shift, increasing the possibility of socialization of public service. Its necessity embodies in service under the development trend of the public service diversification demand diversity, social organizations provide service deepening and specialization, is advantageous to the socialization of public service government policies at the same time, in the practice of deepening.
