So it is becoming more important to do research on the civil law tort liabilities of the network service providers.By applying the theory of modern civil law, the research on the tort liabilities of Internet service providers is carried out in many aspects. Secondly, analyze the network service provider tort liabilities, which includes the types of network service provider infringement, the constituent elements of tort liability, liability principle, the tort liability method and the discussion of different tort liabilities that different network service providers should take. Finally, learn from foreign experience and tort liabilities on the network service providers, partition the network service provider scientifically, clear different types of network service provider obligations, their subjective states and tort liability principles, and refine the exemptions under different network service providers, so as to improve the relevant legislation of the tort liabilities of Internet service providers in China.Through analyzing the network service provider tort liability, give some advice to supply the insufficient of the tort liability laws of network service providers. However, with the rapid development of society and to improve tort liability laws about the network service providers, further research is still necessary. So as to better safeguard the legitimate civil rights and interests of Internet users, promote Internet environment to be healthy and stable.
