The Regulation Of The Procedure Of The Sequestration Of The Juvenile Criminal Record

With the continuously growing of the juvenile crime rates, there is also an tendency that the age of juvenile crime becomes younger; more people concern about the juvenile crime. Juvenile crime is not only because of themselves, but also because of the family education and the responsibility of community. In order to make the juvenile more easily return to the community, China established the system of sequestration of juvenile criminal record. Since this system is in the emerging stage, many problems are surfaced, and one of them is the sequestration of juvenile criminal record in the complicity. Through a case study, the author analyzes the actual problems regarding to this issue, and provides suggestions to improve the sequestration of juvenile criminal record in the complicity.This article divides into three chapters to research the sequestration of juvenile criminal record in the complicity. The first chapter is the overview of the sequestration of criminal offense, which introduces the concept of juvenile and adult crime and the meaning of the sequestration of juvenile criminal record in the complicity. In the second chapter, through analyzing the crime case study of Mr. Lee who is juvenile, the author elaborates the defects of the sequestration of juvenile criminal record in the complicity, and explores the radical reason for this problem. In the third chapter, the author integrates the case with reality, and provides suggestions to improve the sequestration of juvenile criminal record in the complicity. In the conclusion, the author hopes to improve the sequestration of juvenile criminal record in the complicity through the research, and to make the juvenile successfully return to the community.
