With the rapid development of global economy, global immigration also becomes more widespread. The global population flow have made the international immigration continuously deepen. It has a deep influence on a country’s politics, economy, social culture and foreign relations. Since China and South Korea established diplomatic relationship in 1992, the South Korea government has formulated a number of introduction of foreign labor policy in order to make up for the lack of labor in South Korea, especially for overseas compatriot’s immigration policies. Any period of South Korea’s Chinese-Korean immigration policies adjustment is South Korea’s own national interests as the starting point. Nowadays, the number of Chinese-Korean immigrants to South Korea has amounted to Seven hundred thousand people. Chinese-Korean and South Korean have more or less the similar language and cultural customs. Compared with other immigrants, Chinese-Korean can easily adapt to the life of South Korea. The reason why more and more Chinese-Koreans choose to immigrate to South Korea is that, on one hand, they can learn its advanced culture, on the other hand, they may improve their own life. Meanwhile, they also have an important effect on South Korea’s politics, economy and social cultures, etc.Although the South Korean government is trying their best to ensure the normal life of the Chinese Koreans, yet their living there is still limited in many aspects. How we have to admit that many more South Korea treat Chinese-Koreans in the discriminatory way. But South Korea government should view the mutual development between two counties as the major factors of affecting their relationships and make every effort to realize the value of Chinese cultures. It should also adopt more policies to protect the rights and demands of Chinese-Koreans, making South Koreans deeply understand of Chinese-Koreans, recognize their devotion to South Korea and show respect for their cultural differences and national identification.
