Research On Legal Protection Of Application User Rights

In the age of mobile internet and big data,the application of smart phone becomes popularization, lead to the application which is associated with the mobile phone is growing prosperity.It is a modern way of life to surf the Internet through the application. With the development of e-commerce, the application of the commercial service has grown rapidly.However, every coin has its two sides, the application is also not exceptional.While people enjoy the convenient.people also have to bear the risks of its swift and violent development.The vicious competition of application industry results in the application developers pursuit of speed constantly and ignore the flaws which may bring the hidden danger to user’s information security.This paper is based on the research and analysis of the protection measures for user of application at home and abroad. The purpose of this paper is putting forward some protection modes which accords with the situation of our country to perfect the proposal.The first part represents the purpose of protection for user’s rights and interests about the applications and the development situation at home and abroad.Introducing the essays which are applied to the literature research and the methods of interdisciplinary research.The second part summaries the concept of the application and introduce the development of application industry in our country at present.It also discusses the present situation of our country related legal protection.The third part puts forward some questions about the application user’s rights protection, such as the problem that applications violets consumers’right to know and the right to choose, the problems of the application defect,the violation of user’s privacy and user’s information security.The forth part represents the improvement of the feasible suggestion.For example, studying the advanced legislation experience of foreign countries, improving the scope of legal regulation, improving the allocation of burden about proof application defects, establishing information classification protection measures.
