A Study On The Social Justice Thought Of The Communist Party Of China Since The Reform And Opening Up

Based on the construction of socialist ideology, the Chinese Communist Party has always spoken highly to the importance of social justice, and continued to carry out new exploration since 30 years of reform and opening up. However, with the rapid development of market economy, social injustice is particularly prominent, especially since the 18 th National People’s congress, China has entered a comprehensively deepen the crucial period of reform and dominant period of social contradictions. Therefore, it is necessary to promote social justice. Nowadays, the degree of social justice has become an important symbol to measure the ruling ability of a ruling party, and the pursuit of justice from top to bottom to makes research on the issue of justice increasingly to become an influential theory.Therefore, under the new situation of social development, strengthening the research on China’s social justice of the Communist Party plays an important role on the promotion of the comprehensive well-off society and realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the Chinese dream.This paper focuses on the thought of the Communist Party of China, doing research and analyzing in five aspects from the beginning of the reform and opening up. The first part is the introduction, which explains the research purpose and significance, the domestic and foreign research present situation and the research method. The second part is the overview of the social justice thought, according to the analysis of definition and relationship among fairness, equality, justice and the exploration of the principle of social justice, resulting in the comprehensive understanding and multiple readings of social justice.The third part is that the Communist Party of China’s social justice thought theory derives from the reform and opening up and has a correct understanding of the historical process of the development of social justice thought in chronological order as a node. The fourth part is mainly about summarizing of the content of the Communist Party of China’s social justice thought since the reform and opening up, including the idea of social justice objectives, the core concept, policy. The fifth part is the current social justice problems and solutions,combined with the current problems faced by the Chinese society, and put forward suggestions and measures to improve social justice.
