Since the new criminal procedure law promulgated, the difficulty of the criminal meet in investigation phase improved significantly, and bribery crime has become another major disaster area of a new round of "difficult to meet".The reason is that the particularity of bribery crime and recon mode lead to dependence on confronting, for which the possibility that lawyers after the meeting usually withdrawing confessionrise sharply, seriously undermining the detection of case.Therefore, out of respect for their own interests, procuratorial organs strictlylimits bribery crime lawyers’ interview in practice.The settlement of this problem not only ask for constantly improvement of the legislative provisions, but procuratorial organs investigation department should also change the way of investigation, actively use technical means of detection, improve their detection efficiently, promote investigation mode shift and get rid of the over-reliance on the criminal suspects confession. In addition, strengthening the supervision of lawyers meet is also essential.This paper, based onthe present situation of the lawyers rights being hampered and analysis of cases,study the meeting rights in foreign countries with the consideration of particularbackgrounds and system characteristicsand then compare the differences and similarities.Finally the ideal picture of meeting right reform in our country could be outlined.And under the guidance in combination with the situation of our country, the suitable solutions are put forward, in order to ensure lawyer-Client’s conversation in investigation phase.
