Study On Lawyer’s Interview Rights In Investigation Stage Of Bribery Cases

In addition, strengthening the supervision of lawyers meet is also essential.This paper, based onthe present situation of the lawyers rights being hampered and analysis of cases,study the meeting rights in foreign countries with the consideration of particularbackgrounds and system characteristicsand then compare the differences and similarities.Finally the ideal picture of meeting right reform in our country could be outlined.And under the guidance in combination with the situation of our country, the suitable solutions are put forward, in order to ensure lawyer-Client’s conversation in investigation phase.
