On The Inheritance Of Labor Relations In The Process Of Assets Acquisition

The acquisition of assets is one of the effective ways to expanse enterprise under the condition of market economy. How to dispose of the related labor relations in the process of acquisition, China’s relevant laws and regulations did not give a clear answer. And the approach in the practice is not the same. This phenomenon is not only detrimental to the security of laborers’ rights and interests,but also restricts the progress of asset acquisition. Combined with the actual conditions of our country,the article advocates that the rules of succession of labor relations in the process of assets acquisition should be clear.Our country should give workers anti assets acquisition rights, and protect the workers’ right to know and the right to dissent. The country carries out the adjustment of the collective contract, and strengthens the interaction between unemployment and re-employment.
