Natural death in most of the time can lead to succession, but in reality sometimes the successor does not exist or choose to give up their rights. For this case, the "’People’s Republic of China Inheritance Law" provisions of Article 32 of this heritage owned by the state or a collective organization. This section first established the basic principles of adjustment of the system, obtained the right to inherit the principle of protection of private property, protect the interests of creditors should follow. Finally, according to China’s actual situation of China’s mainland unmanned inheritance system made several specific recommendations.
