It is usually to see that many patients are deeply resentful of some hospitals, as which treat the patients as the education object. People from medical and law are also hold different opinions about it. This paper tries to reduce the contraction between patients and hospitals by introducing the right of informed consent.In our country, we do not have the rule about the informed consent in medical Teaching Norms. However, the law the informed consent are always place emphasize on the process of diagnosis and human trials, which not involving medical educational activities. To help carry out the activity of medical education successfully, we should use the reference of comparison method and the experience of practice from variety countries. We should introduce the informed consent of patients, when we conduct the medical education activity, to balance the educational need of hospital and the protection of patient privacy.The inform consent was initially used in the field of human trials, and American court introduce it to the practice of diagnosis. Subsequently, the declaration of Helsinki and the Lisbon Treaty make the right of informed consent to be the legal right. The informed consent should be classified as the right of privacy, instead of autonomy. The informed consent generally constituted by information disclosure, competency, understanding, voluntariness and decision. The informed consent of patients in medical education have their own specificity, which have some different expressions, like verbal notification and written form, assent and imply, generalization and particular. The inform content of the informed content are different from the general informed consents. The inform content of the informed content should focus on the related information of medical education. The financial compensation should be used to solve the conflict between patients and hospitals.The main responsibility that the hospital should take is infringement, which is mainly constituted by four behaviors, namely, violations, damage the fact, Causal relationship and subjective fault. On the other hand, the assumption of responsibility are mainly in the ways of apology and mental damage compensation.
