Research On Some Difficult Problems Of Unit Crime

The criminal law of our country clearly stipulated the unit crime system in 1997. But the construction of the theory system of unit crime, the integration between the unit crime and criminal law theory system, is the basic standpoint of this thesis. There are four chapters in this article. The first chapter summarizes the current situation of our country "s unit crime legislation, theoretical research and judicial practice. The second chapter is the overview of unit crime, the origin and comparison, the development of our country" s unit crime, the third chapter is a series of perfect way. The fourth chapter is about the problems in the judicial practice, such as the main body, the crime, the punishment of the crime.
