Study On The People’s Livelihood Thought Of Communist Party Of China Since 18^TH National Congress

The problem of people’s livelihood is a basic problem of people’s survive and development. It is also a benefits problem which related to the most pressing and real problems of the greatest concern to the overwhelming majority of the people and it is an important guarantee for maintaining social harmony and stability. There are some problems and conflicts of people’s livelihood in the new era of deepen reform across the board.Such as unfairness in allocation of educational resources、instability in employment situation、the different step income between urban residents and the rural population、the urgency of promoting the social security system.These are the problems which must be addressed to promoting sustained and sound economic development in China.The people’s livelihood thought of Communist Party of China since the 18^TH national congress is conforming to the expections of the Chinese people for happy people’s livelihood and basing on China’s realities, it plays a great positive and effective function on striving for China dream of the great renewal of the Chinese nation. It is also beneficial to handle the problem of people’ livelihood at present time and it has theoretical values and practical values.The thesis combined with domestic and foreign research results and status about the people’s livelihood thought of the communist party of China to summarized the people’s livelihood thought of Communist Party of China since the 18^TH national congress. The thesis takes the method of historical documents analysis and summarizing method and straightens out exactly and systematically about the system, source, historical development, main content and significance of people’s livelihood thought since the 18^TH national congress. The thesis divided into four sections, about 34000 words:Section1: meanings of “livelihood” are sorted and the connotation of “thinking of the people’s livelihood” is clarified to lay the foundation for Chinese Communist Party’s thinking of the people’s livelihood. Section2: It treated its theoretical origins and historical evolution. It learn the essence of traditional Chinese “People” thought and inherits the development of Marxist theory livelihood thought. Section3: It introduce the time background of the people’s livelihood thought of Communist Party of China in the new period and its main contents from value pursuit, positive reinforcement, base path and so on. Section4: It analyses the significance of the thought of CPC in the new era from theoretical values and practical values. The thoughts enrich and develop the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, but also help to solve the Chinese people’s livelihood concerns and current problems in society.
