The Research On Urban Management And Law Enforcement Problems In Zhangqiu City

With the development of globalization and China’s economy, the importance of city construction and management become increasingly prominent. In the process of modern city construction, city management level of law enforcement and the effect is particularly important. From the recently the construction of service type government, public satisfaction survey and other information, urban management and law enforcement of the government function fully perform it has more important meaning. Based on this, this paper studied the status quo of Zhangqiu city law enforcement officers, based on a review of the research status at home and abroad and the related theories, the present situation of Zhangqiu city urban management and law enforcement, has carried on the analysis from the angle of public satisfaction. Through the analysis of the overall display, the residents of Zhangqiu city urban management law enforcement situation is satisfactory, the overall satisfaction was 76.36%, only 4% is not satisfactory, some people think that the urban management work in the information transparency, noise and waste pollution treatment, and improve the appearance of the city remains to be further improved. Analysis of the case based on, this paper finds out the causes of urban management and law enforcement problems, and gives the solving method of service-oriented government in Zhangqiu urban management and law enforcement problems. The conclusion of the study on Zhangqiu City Hall function comprehensive performance and improve the urban management and law enforcement level has certain application value.This article is divided into five parts, which can show our research clearly and logistically.The first part is the introduction which mainly states on the background and significance of the topic according to the urban management research status and the review of study on public satisfaction, therefore clarifying the research ideas,methods as well as purposes of this thesis.The second part is the basic theory of public satisfaction. In this section, according to the related theories of public satisfaction features and metrics review study.The third part is the study on the current situation of Zhangqiu Urban Administration Bureau of Enforcement. What’s more, in order to get the first hand information of the public satisfaction on Zhangqiu urban management, we design the satisfaction questionnaire according to the law enforcement situation all by ourselves in the basis of current studying on this city urban management and research on satisfaction.The fourth part is the analysis on the problems raised up during urban management from the point both subjective and objective aspects. We come to the conclusions that the problems occurred in urban management are not only the concept of law enforcement, law enforcement problems behind the single, but also objective reasons, such as the flaws in enforcement environment and the inadequate enforcement system,which therefore can provide fundamental basis to improve Zhangqiu urban management with new administrative enforcement ways.The fifth part is the solutions solve the problem of Zhangqiu city urban management from the perspective of public satisfaction, from both internal and external perspectives elaborating the law enforcement which can start fromn construction of flexible system, as well as the construction of the digital city management system, which eventually can create urban management service brand.
