An Empirical Study On The Litigation Rights Protection Of Juvenile Suspects In The Stage Of Review And Prosecution

Similarly, this sentence can also apply to contemporary, minor is the hope of the motherland,they are the future of the nation, they are the key to realize the Chinese dream of the Chinese nation, they are the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation to relay, which shows that the important significance for a country, a nation. Therefore, pay attention to juvenile crime is the focus of the society ruled by law, it is also the core of the legal person.In this paper, combined with the review of the prosecution phase of juvenile suspects in procuratorial work practice, the rights of juvenile criminal suspects to the protection of the right to conduct an empirical study.There are three parts in this paper.The first chapter introduces the specific operation of the social investigation, the appropriate adult, conditional non prosecution system in the examination and prosecution stage.The second chapter introduces the social survey, the appropriate adult with conditions not to prosecute the system in practice the effect and the specific problems encountered in the specific operation process.The third chapter is based on social investigation, appropriate adult, conditional non prosecution operation problems in practice, put forward a sound proposal.
