Research On The Relationship Between Village Committee And Village Branch In The Process Of Urbanization

Since the birth of the village party brance and village committee,there has been the debate and research on their relationship,that becomes an important topic in study of rural governance problem.On the basis of fully reading and referencing predecessors’ research literature,combined with my own observation and experience,this article briefly introduces the selected topic background and significance,outlines the background and process of the village party brance and village committee’formation,summarizes the current situation of the relationship between the village two committees, summarizes the influence of urbanization on the village two committees relations and the characteristics of the relationship between the village two committees show at this time,combeds the problems of the relationship between the village two committees in the process of urbanization,and on the basis of village in the instance of Ruian Meiyu community has carried on the detailed analysis and demonstration.Both reason and fact,theoretical analysis combined with practice analysis,abstract theory analysis combined with the specific data to support.On the basis of combing problems,deeply analyze the problems generated.Behind the surface of the conflict,not only is the village two committees personal factor and limited by the boundaries of the village itself,but also is more the root of the system、the influence of culture、driven by economic interests and government intervention based on political consideration.According to the problems of several major causes,suitting the remedy to the case,adhere to the principle of the party’s leadership and the villagers autonomy cannot be ignored,we make pointed references to integrated solution and multi-pronged,including improving the system design,handling economic relations,promoting culture quality,reconstructing the government and the village two committees relationship,hardly to achieve the good governance pattern of rural society.
