The Central Soviet Period Of Incorruptible Government Education Research

The Chinese Communist Party has gone through a glory journey of 90 years.During these years, our party has always adhered to the fundamental purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly, always put the anti-corruption as their principle and important task. As early as in the central Soviet period, under the guidance of marxist theory, the CCP has carried on the bold exploration and great attempts on the construction of our party, in terms of the construction of incorruptible government, the CCP upholds the revolutionary spirit of thrift and hard-working, and firmly fights with the various non-proletarian ideologies and corruption. During this period, the CCP makes the incorruptible education permeate through the party construction,regime construction, legal system construction and the army construction and other various aspects, educate the masses of party members to adhere to the spirit of integrity and principle. All these make each work of the Soviet party and government has an unprecedented development, and makes the Provisional Central Government of the Chinese Soviet Republic to be the “unprecedented and real incorruptible government” in the history.Education is the most fundamental and important method to achieve the overall requirement and goal of incorruptible government construction and education, it has the incomparable role compared with supervision and legal system. During the central Soviet period, the efforts and attempts of our party provide guidances and references for achieving the overall goal of incorruptible government or our country in the new era.On the basis of the history of the CCP and the relevant historical materials which can reflect the clean government construction work of the central Soviet area, this paper makes a system research of the main contents and methods of incorruptible government education in the central Soviet period. The author summarizes the advanced ideas, rules, and social ethos, then sums up experience and regularity,lessons and mistakes in order to provides beneficial enlightenment for today’s education and construction of incorruptible government. Our party and government needs to strengthen incorruptible supervision and legal system construction, at the same time, we should to put more emphasis on strengthening the incorruptible government education, and make full use of the important effects of education.
