Part 3 discusses the problem that whether temporary copy of deep linking should be brought into the scope of the reproduction right for discussion. The thesis hold the view that we can use the temporary copy system in the United State for reference, bring the temporary copy into the reproduction right scope in our country and regulate the temporary copy by perfecting the fair use system. Consequently, the temporary copy caused by deep linking constitutes a direct infringement to the right of reproduction. However, we can analyze the fair use system for defense and liability exemption.
