Since from the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,with the emergence of a series of new problems we are facingsome new problems and challenges.And the fundamental starting point to solve these new problems is serving the people.At present, the domestic academic research on “the study of Xi Jinping’s people-oriented thoughts” is more thorough.However, the relevant aspects of the thesis and monographs are not many, and major of them are about the the main theoretical source and content of the thought,practical value and the significance of the value orientation of anti-corruption. And then sums up the main content and realize the way of Xi Jinping’s people-oriented thoughts in this paper.The main source of the theory is the traditional Chinese thought, Marxist mass view,Marx’s view of the masses,Chinese Communists thought of the people,and including the people-oriented thoughts of Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao. Practical basis of this study is Xi Jinping’s family education, growth process and the ruling experience.The main content is the mass view of to the people as the first,the pioneering spirit of the historical creators of the people,and the political feelings leading by the people’s benefits. The realization way in this paper has the institutional guarantee, and to strengthen the practice of honest party and clean government and one of the five. Learning the characteristics of Xi Jinping’s people-oriented thoughts,this paper starts from the current situation in China, and analysis its formation process and the language style, the content of traditional culture, the Marx doctrine and the Chinese Communist Party leaders of the succession and development.
