Research Report Of Type Of Medical Malpractice

Based on the discussed concepts and characteristics of medical malpractice, this paper promotes the criteria and specifically identified rule of medical malpractice, by using comparative analysis and normative analysis method. Then current theories about the type of medical malpractice and existed problems are further analyzed. In particular, based on typical medical dispute cases and the specific standard of care in the medical process, the type of medical malpractice is conducted. It is hoped that the conclusion of this paper can help in the judicial practice, management according to law and improving the safety of patients.
