Study On The Rule Of Law In The Relationship Between The Township Government And The Villager Autonomous Organization

The township government is the lowest level of in our country’s administrative system, which execute service and exercise administrative function in its own region.villagers’ autonomous organization is the cradle of our country’s implementation of direct democracy, it is not a political organization, but the villager’s self-management,self-service characteristic communal organization. Therefore, the study of the relationship between the government and the autonomy of the villagers is of great theoretical and practical significance to promote the development of grassroots democracy in our country. In uzun town grassroots construction, the relationship between township government and the villagers autonomous organization power imbalance, the township government interference in the village elections and internally designated Director of the village committee; of the village will develop economic index, damage the reasonable operation of the market economy system, all in order to stabilize the slogans of the village’s economic construction, financial management, personnel arrangements.
