Research On Legal Issues Of Prison Penalty Execution

As the main penalty executing agency, prison is responsible for reforming its criminals, and defends the safety and stable of the whole society. However, in recent years, due to the changes of the prison and the structure of the national judicial reform, some new problems come into being. Criminals are aware of self-right maintenance than before, but the prison police can not keep up with the times. Prison law enforcement system is not perfect, especially the law and regulations of the prison needs to improve. The legal enforcement is short of a clear mandate and the illegal implementation is also deficient in necessary sanctions.
