Behavior Of Providing Document Of Judgement Without Authorization

It happens that judges provide document of judgment without authorization for others’ illegal profit-making behavior in judicial practice. This kind of illegal behavior not only disobeys judges’ professional ethics,goes against their images, and in turn causes serious influence to the judicial credibility,but also violates state law and the relevant rules and regulations. However, the quality of the behavior above has long been a controversial issue and has never been agreed. It supposed to be a crime of abuse of power, a counterfeit of a state organ documents, a crime of civil,administrative law corrupt referees, a crime of fraud, etc., but none of them is meeting the eyes.On the contrary, it confuses the judges in the practice. Therefore, researches on the Judges’ behavior of providing document of Judgment without authorization are not only necessary but also urgent in need. This paper is to study the judges’ behavior of providing document of Judgment without authorization systematically on the basis of the case study of Mr. Tang’s Illegal Profit-making Behavior aiming to clarify the disputes, and guide the judicial practice to some extent.
