Finally, the idea of establishing the system of the elimination of minor criminal record is put forward, which can promote the further perfection of the system of the criminal record of the juvenile delinquency, and realize the purpose of legislation.There are five parts in this paper. The first part of this paper is to review the statusquo of China’s juvenile crime record storage system, which is to provide material for the next. The third part is to analyze the existing problems in the system, and points out the shortcomings in the legislation and practice. The fourth part is to improve the system of the minor crime record. The fifth part of the criminal record of minors to explore the establishment of the system of juvenile delinquency criminal record elimination system, hoping to achieve the real record of juvenile crime, no mark".
