Theft is a common judicial practice of the Property Crime, also is the focus of the study theoretical circles.However, research scholars tend to focus on criminal constitution issues and the attempted of the theft, ignoring the role of the amount identified in larceny.This paper is going to discuss the concept of the amount of the theft, combining related cases, then Exploring the status and importance of the amount of theft. In addition to the introduction and conclusion of this article,the paper is divided into four chapters:The first chapter is a conceptual and legal basis of the amount of theft, starting amount of the concept of crime, this chapter defines theft amounts and points out issues that need to understand the meaning of the theft amount, then discussing the legal basis of the amount of theft.The second chapter is the properties of amount of theft, firstly,this chapter noted the different understandings of "large amount" by scholars and then discusses the amount of theft of property from the subjective and objective aspects, namely the amount of the theft is the objective Elements of theft on object, and "the large amount" is the subjective element Intention of theft on subject.The third chapter is the identification of attempted theft not accompanied. this chapter starts from the problems caused by two special larceny cages, then divided the larceny into two types: the basic amount of the theft committed, and guilty of aggravated theft the amount, and finally discuss attempted theft not accompanied of the above two types in details and gives advice on how to deal with part of an attempted theft problem.The fourth chapter is specifically identified the amount of special theft, the chapter first discusses the calculation law recognized by the special theft--the amount the cumulative system, and explains the concepts of the system related to the amount cumulative, Section II discusses the special theft, mainly the amount of specifically identified of repeated theft and multiple theft.
