A Study On The Scope For Heritage Of Our Country

Since China has formulated inheritance law in 1985, the property type of individual has already exceeded original range during recent decades. The social function of inheritance law is becoming more and more important. As we all know, Legal regulation is not only to consider its legal effect, but also it will pay special attention to social effect it may bring. So it is not enough for Chinese Inheritance Law to keep pace with new situation in economic situation today. That is why Chinese Inheritance Law should be revised to adapt to new types of individual property. This is why we need to pay attention to and discuss inheritance law in this article.This essay can be divided into four chapters. Chapter one and two make a clear definition on legacy, and they also depict several characteristics of legacy. Moreover, we can know the questions that exits in our inheritance law by ruled in 1985; Chapter three gives a brief introduction on types of individual property in foreign countries. Through this chapter, we can learn the foreign types of individual property and learn more foreign knowledge. On the other aspect, it is more important to modify our inheritance law if we know foreign law. So this chapter is very important to our country; Chapter four tries to work out a suitable arrangement for the range of legacy. This chapter is the corresponding relationship with the second chapter, it put forward ways to solve the current problems which existed in our inheritance law, more importantly, it discusses new types of property legacy.
