The Research On The Legal Issues Of Public Listing Withdrawal Mechanism Of Venture Capital In China

The current stage of China, to encourage innovation and entrepreneurship, it can be concluded that there are new opportunities for the development of the venture capital in China. It’s sure that,the legal rules and legal principles have a negative impact on the income from venture capital in the legal system of public listing withdrawal mechanism of venture capital. Researching the legal system of public listing withdrawal mechanism of venture capital and its influence, and putting forward some suggestions is valuable. Researching on this legal issue will make significance to promote the development of the venture capital in China, which can make a little contribution to the development of national economic and social progress. In this essay, from the summary of the legal system which has negative impact on the maximization of return of venture capital and analysis of its influence as the starting point and with the laws of the United States were compared to the research and analysis of legal issues of public listing withdrawal way of venture capital in China, and put forward some suggestions for its improvement.This essay is divided into six parts:The part of introduction introduces the background of the research, situation of the research at home and abroad, and the methods of the research and the research on legal issues,it is also one of innovations of this research.The first chapter is the introduction of public listing withdrawal mechanism of venture capital.The classification of withdrawal mechanisms of venture capital is different from the traditional one, and make the concept of the public listing withdrawal mechanism of venture capital clear, to lay the foundation for this topic focuses on the content, also one of the innovation of this essay.The second chapter is about the comparison of legal system of public listing withdrawal way of venture capital in the United States and China, the legal system in the United States can be used for reference.The third chapter is about the analysis of legal issues of public listing withdrawal way of venture capital in China. The author summarizes the legal system which has a negative impact onmaximum benefit of venture capital and made a detailed analysis on its influence. In this chapter,the author summarizes about six aspects of the legal issues.The fourth chapter is about the improvement of legal system of public listing withdrawal mechanism of venture capital in China. In put forward the corresponding proposal before the author demonstrates the necessity of perfecting the relevant legal system, so as to make recommendations more persuasive. In this chapter, the author puts forward some suggestions on improving the legal system in about six aspects,which is the basic of the third chapter.The conclusion part is a summary of the research, and proposes future research directions.
