Research On Several Problems In Translation Of English Law Works

In the field of our nation’s translation of English law works, it lacks the systemized translation criteria and evaluation system. Against the problems that exists in translating demonstration of English law works, it ought to establish the systemized translation criteria and evaluation system to assist normalizing and constraining translation of English law works, supplying qualified translation of English law works for the legal scholars. According to the problems of function, criteria and evaluation in translation of English law works, it scientifically reasons the scientificity and rationality to supply the available scientific proofs for legal research. Therefore, no matter from the perspective of demonstration or from the perspective of theory, it is necessary to deeply conduct research on translation of English law works.
