The Research On The Action Mechanism And Influence Effect In The Village Committee Election Of Farmers’ Cooperatives

As emerging rural civil organizations, farmers’ cooperatives not only play the important role in promoting the industrialization of agriculture and the rural management system innovation in economic field, but also actively participate in public governance of rural communities and become the important subject of Rural Governance. As cooperatives further develop and grow,their economic function and social function of rising, farmers’ cooperatives gradually began to set foot in the field of political, in the last two sessions of the villager commission election, farmers’ cooperatives showed a higher enthusiasm, and has had an enormous impact on the rural political structure through participating in the villager commission election. This is the important event about both economics, social and political areas of current rural. Through the farmers’ cooperatives and village committee election related research reviews, this paper first clarifies the current rural cooperatives in village election research status; and then analyzes the basic situation of rural social changes and the evolution of the political structure, and next clarifies the inside and outside reasons of farmers cooperative members participating in the village the election, and analyses their participation in the election of the action of, and summarizes its advantages, it is the the basic framework of the action mechanism of farmers cooperatives participate in the village commission election. Next, this paper will take an empirical research about the potency for farmer cooperatives in the village committee election, based in Hebei, Shandong, Jiangsu, Fujian, Hainan,Hubei, Henan, Jiangxi, Gansu province and 32 village village survey data, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, then make an overall evaluation to the influence of farmer cooperatives in the village committee election, and is compared with other other political forces.This study draws the conclusion that the influence of peasants’ cooperatives is higher than clan forces and the force of peasants’ cooperatives added clan forces have the higher than peasants’ cooperatives only. From this we can know that farmers’ cooperatives have became an important new force to affect the villagers’ election and rural political structure, and it is also proved to be an important role in the rural public governance. This is a inevitable trend that farmers cooperatives take step into the political domain, and the clan forces should find a way to return to a rationality.Both of the two forces should realize the fairness of the village election in the game and cooperation to construct the harmonious rural areas. The effect of farmers’ participation in village committee elections on rural communities mainly includes three aspects: improving rural political environment, optimizing rural governance structure and promoting the development of cooperative economy.
