“One industry, many associations” has stand its ground in extreme competitive environmental challenges, regardless the fact that industrial associations obtained the free will permission from being controlled by the government sectors and low threshold and simple registration procedure, but it also causes financial misallocation in the governmental bodies, as well as information sharing database, business guidance and direct support for industry authority, at the same time facing rivals providing the same services which is the foot voting style towards the industrial activities and enterprises of all scales in the competitive environment. How does these similar business organizations take advantages in the competitive environment and win the trust and reputation. This research uses the case study analysis and text analysis. It takes the example of two provincial real estate associations of G Province for analytical purposes, and further explain on how do they face the crisis of resource loss threats and stood its ground in competing environment and why they formed the “dislocating” competition. After the research, we can find that two industry associations formed different services from each other by the positioning of service demand, core resources development and service concept. The internal reasons of “dislocating development” help them to avoid direct conflict and reduce the waste of industry resources. In the end, they reach the win-win result and serve the whole industry together in a new situation.
