The Study About Improving Anti-corruption Work Actual Effect Of The Central Committee Of The Comunist Party Of Viet Nam

Since Vietnam innovation and opening, the communist party of Vietnam always attaches great importance to the anti-corruption work. Recently, the fourth congress of the Central committee of the communist party of Vietnam again mention, corruption has threaten the existence of a Vietnam, become one of a major crisis challenging the communist party’s leadership to society. On the basis of this understanding, the Central committee of the communist party of Vietnam has been through multiple paths, adopt various measures to prevent and combat corruption. However, the Central committee of the communist party of Vietnam’s anti-corruption work also has many insufficiencies, corruption cases occurred frequently and showed the multi-level growth momentum. Corruption spread has hurt the Vietnam national security. Therefore, at the moment, the Central committee of the communist party of Vietnam’s important task is to improve performance of efforts to anti-corruption. About the way of anti-corruption, The Central committee of the communist of Vietnam recently have also changed, from the power anti-corruption gradually turned into system anticorruption, mainly from the punishment of corruption to guarding against and cracking down on corruption. From the perspective of the study of institutional anti-corruption, so far, Vietnam’s most of the academic circles has seen the anti-corruption as a sensitive problem, researchs on this aspect are still very lack.To improve the effectiveness of the Central committee of the communist party of Vietnam’s anti-corruption work, this paper first introduces the importance of anti-corruption the actual situation of anti-corruption work, and then applies the relevant theories of social political corruption, on the basis of elaboration of the Central committee of the communist party of Vietnam in recently’s anti-corruption work achievements and the deficiencies, further analysis in this aspect work some deep-rooted reasons for the gain and loss. In order to give the Central committee of the communist party of Vietnam put forward some with the operability of the method, this paper studies and analyzes China and Singapore’s anticorruption experience. In the last part, this article will combine the reality in Vietnam, puts forward some suggestions to improve the work of the Central committee of the communist party of Vietnam’s anti-corruption measures, hoping in the depth within the scope of work will contribute strength for the Central committee of the communist party of Vietnam’s current anti-corruption.
