The Research Of Overseas Chinese In Thailand And The Relations Between China And Thailand After 1975

China and Thailand established comprehensive strategic partnership of cooperation in2012. 2015 is the 40 th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Thailand. The two countries have strengthened their political mutual trust, economic and trade cooperation and cultural exchanges after the establishment. Known as "the mother of revolution" and a unique opportunity to China’s development", overseas Chinese in Thailand also made important contributions to Sino Thai friendship. It is more and more important about this research on the values of Thailand Chinese, a non-state actor, will play on the construction of the 21 st century Maritime Silk Road. In recent years, the United States’ return to Southeast Asia has made China-Thailand relations face challenges, the study of overseas Chinese in Thailand and the two countries’ relations have become gradually important.This paper will study the mutual construction between the development of overseas Chinese in Thailand and China-Thailand relations after1975 from International Relations and Constructivism on the basis of the historical study.The mutual construction is mainly about political, economic and cultural relations. Through the interactive study between overseas Chinese in Thailand and China-Thailand relations found that the overseas Chinese in Thailand had played a great role as an important non-state actors..This paper argues that non-state actors played a prominent role on the relations construction between the two countries, especially took an influence which won’t come true in an official way on civil construction. Of course, it was affected by the relations between the two countries, it would take a positive influence when the bilateral relations were friendly and it would be limited when the relations were bad. It may be suffered expelling sometimes. In the process of mutual construction between overseas Chinese in Thailand have played a role on economic guidance, political communication, especially Chinese education. The change of Sino Thai relations has not only solved the issue of overseas Chinese, but also promoted its social development. Of course, the mutual construction between the two is also affected by the change of the Chinese people in Thailand, national factors and the pattern of the international relations.
