As China’s economy grows,competitions of market economy becomes even fiercer.Businesses have to apply various methods to ensure their productions and services outshine those of their rivals. Advertisement appears as the most efficient means taken by companies to disseminate their productions and services, moreover, productions and services advertised by celebrities are much more popular among customers. With the prosperity of advertising, it is a malady that many illegal corporations commit to untrue descriptions in advertising productions and services as a way to insure their sales volume. Customers could be deceived by those exaggerated descriptions in advertisements. Unfortunately, some celebrities also do such false advertising, which may lead more consumers to be deceived due to the influence of celebrities, harming society even worse. Since September 2015, the implementation of the new version of China’s Advertising Law has established a legal regulation of celebrities’ untrue advertising for productions and services, which is a great progress in upgradingChina’s Advertising Law. But the new "Advertising Law" is promulgated for the regulation of false advertising chaos there is still much lack of places, paper status of our legislation is based, and actively learn from the advanced legislative experience of his country, by celebrity false advertising practices Legal Regulation research for the improvement of relevant laws and put forward some suggestions.
