The Research Of Rural Education Comprehensive Reform Mode Based On Shizhu County In Chongqing City

This paper based on the study of the rural education comprehensive reform mode of Shizhu and gives some suggestions about this. The comprehensive reform of rural education processed in countryside, which is based on the"XingHuo Project" and "LiaoYuan project" since1980s. Meanwhile, academics have extensive concern the development of rural education comprehensive reform. Among them, the western rural education comprehensive reform have become the focus of research, especially the strategy of developing the western region carrying on, researchers gain a lot of research results. That is to say, the original national commission of rural education proposed after comprehensive reform, Chinese scholars in the western rural education comprehensive reform of research experience of research methods and research from the perspective of transformation. However, academic circles to the western regions of China education comprehensive reform in particular, a county in the education reform and development mode also lack comprehensive related research, to the west rural education comprehensive reform of the future development direction and path of the whole is also a lack of thinking. Therefore, this article attempts to summary the successful experience of Shizhu, in order to have a general idea of rural education comprehensive reform, and then give some suggestions about the mode of rural education comprehensive reform. In addition to the full introduction, the text can be divided into four parts:The introduction of this paper mainly discusses the purpose, content, subject significance, thoughts, theoretical foundation and research methods, and the major concept definition. At the same time, this paper review the history of comprehensive reform, and rural education related to foreign countries were summarized. The first part of the text reviews the history of rural education comprehensive reform. History can be divided into four parts:Preliminary construction stage (1987～1992); Comprehensive implementation stage (1993～1996); Further development stage (1997～2007); Coordination of urban and rural stage (2008-now).The second part of the text of rural education is the summary of comprehensive reform and development model. From the view of building new socialist countryside, the comprehensive construction well-off society and promoting the development of economy and society in ethnic regions of the general situation, the rural education in national regions comprehensive reform is of great significance. In order to have a better summary of the rural education comprehensive reform mode, this paper will start from these four points:value orientation, development way, operation mechanism and theory mining.The third part is the problem should be solved which is the comprehensive reform and development mode of Shizhu which gains some successful experience. However, there still have some inevitable problems during the process of reform. This paper summarizes the problems in the process of reform based on the researches and texts, which could supply impressive understanding of educational reform and the quality of education.The fourth part is to give the suggestions about development of education comprehensive mode in the poor western region of China. The research of summary of Shizhu mode is to develop the level of education in western China and this paper will start from theory construction, system mechanism, overall cooperation, supervision and innovation.
