| Research Significant:Shooting is a basic skill that armed police soldiers must master it. To developethe shooting level of the armed police soldiers is not only their business needs, and isalso the need to ensure social stability. to raise the level of shooting,it has closelyassociated with the accuracy of the action and psychological stability.therefore, theshooting technology training and psychological training is particularly important.andthrough image analysis of shooting movements,it helps more intuitive understandingeach stage movement characteristics of shooting skill,and it also heps to develop thelevel of shooting.Research Object and Research Methods:Through a period of six moths of the psychological combined with skill training,the study adopts the paring of design with the measured before and after theexperiment. Before and after experiment, the shooting skill movement of the20armed police soldiers was filmed on location. At the same, their shooting achievements are recorded.After that, by using of dartfish software, the every program shootingtime and the angle that before and after shoot are measured and analysed. Finally, wecompared the time feature and vibration amplitude with the before and after theexperiment, and also take the relevant analysis among shooting time feature,amplitudevibration and shooting achievement.Research Results:(1) After psychological and technique training, change the every program shootingtime. The most suitable time of he every program shooting of54type pistol rapid fireincluding:walking5m is3.49seconds around, the interval time of two fire is2.40seconds around, the time of aiming at is1.79seconds around and the firing time is0.32seconds around respectively.The most suitable time of he every programshooting of95type automatic rifle fast precision shooting including:the interval timeof two fire is2.32seconds around, the time of aiming at is2.18seconds and the firingtime is0.18seconds.(2) Comparing pistol shooting’general standard deviation (represent each programrhythm)of before experiment and after,then found that the standard deviation ofwalking after the experiment (0.28)less than (0.46)before the experiment,the intervaltime of two percussion (0.35) is less than the former(0.36),aim at after theexperiment(0.53)is less than former(0.58),and percussion after the experiment (0.20)less then before the experiment (0.16).(3) Comparing rifle shooting’general standard deviation (represent each programrhythm)of before experiment and after,then found that the standard deviation of theinterval of two percussion (0.40) is less than the former(0.05),aim at after the experiment(0.38)is less than former(0.70),and percussion after the experiment (0.05)less then before the experiment (0.06).(4) Through the six-week psychological combined with the technique training, thegeneral mean value of12soldiers’ s pistol shooting after the experiment (3.47degrees)less than after the experiment (3.54degree); the general mean value of12soldiers’ srifle shooting before the experiment (3.01degrees) less than before the experiment(3.54degree).(5) Through the six-week psychological combined with the technique training,compared the vibration amplitude of12armed soldiers’pistols with rifles, we foundthat when the vibration amplitude of pistol decrease, the amplitude of the rifle alsodecrease,and not the other way around.(6) Compared before and after the experiment: before the experiment,the percussionrhythm of pistol shooting and shooting scores is negative relation (-0.164),while afterthe experiment,the value of negative is-0.237. It meas that the better percussionrhythm, the better shooting scores. The correlation of rifle every program of rhythmand scores specific performance: the interval time of two percussion by theexperimental rhythm before (0.364) into after the experiment (0.596), and therelated significant,percussion by the experimental rhythm before (0.177) into after theexperiment (0.098), aimed at by the experimental rhythm before (0.072) into after theexperiment (0.527).(7) Before and after the experiment contrast: pistol shooting arm with shock whenshooting scores of the correlation of before by experiment (0.113) into after theexperiment (0.329); When the pistol shooting arm of shock and the correlation of thefiring score by before the experiment (0.020) into after the experiment (0.555).Explain whether pistol, rifles, arms, the smaller the amplitude, the better your grades.(8) Pistol after the experiment, each hair interval, marching at the moment and timestandard deviation (representative rhythm) less than the number of before theexperiment were11,6,7,6; Pistol after the experiment each hair interval, aimed at themoment and time standard deviation (representative rhythm) less than the number ofbefore the experiment were6,8,9people; Pistol, rifles after the shock of the numberof less than before the experiment were7,9. That technology combined with heartafter training the most soldiers shooting rhythm and according to the stability of thegun arm raised, and the effect of the individual differences exist intervention.Research Conclusions:(1) By use of image analysis of the shooting action,this paper reveals that timedistribution of shooting every stage.(2) Psychological combined with the technique training improves the shoot rhythm ofpostil and rifle.(3) Psychological combined with the technique training enhanced the stability of thegun arm,but according to gun improvement in difficulty pistol greater than the rifle.(4) After psychological combined with the technique training,pistol shoot rhythm ofthe stability of the moment, the better your grades.(5) After psychological combined with the technique training, the better psychologicalstability of the rifle, the better your scores. (6) After psychological combined with the technique training,the smaller vibrationamplitude gun arm, the better your grades.(7) The intervention effect of psychological combined with the technique trainingon shoot rhythm of armed police soldiers pistol and rifle exist individual differences. |
