The new teaching reform, advocating innovative teaching methods fromthe perspective of teachers to teach and students learn. Information theory,namely Shannon (Shannon) information theory, which study thecommunication systems of the performance limits, has been widely applied tomany disciplines, and gradually developed into a scientific theory has across-sectional nature of the information. Since the50s of last century, thebasic ideas and methods of information theory has penetrated into manydisciplines, and achieved good results. In this study, from a starting point,theinformation delivery system model and education propagation model is highlysimilar, put information codecs principles of the communication system ofthe Shannon information theory to the teaching. Proposed rules are based onthe instructional design of source coding and channel coding, used to guide thedesign of elementary school mathematics teaching. The experimental study ofthe actual teaching carried out to test whether help improve teachingeffectiveness. Studies have shown that, as long as the principle of rational useof information encoding and decoding, design of the effective teachinginformation and the characterizing of teaching information, is helping toimprove the effectiveness of teaching information transfer, thereby enhancingthe effectiveness of teaching.Thesis consists of five parts.1Introduction, from the researchbackground, research objectives, research, research ideas, methods, significance will be explained.2Current Situation and theoretical basis, Research and Analysis, thetheoretical basis of research and information transfer model of teachingelementary school mathematics coding and decoding information about thedesign and its Implications for Teaching;3Information codec design is based on primary mathematics teachingprocess, teaching elementary school mathematics curriculum analysis,instructional design rules based on information coding and decoding;4Primary Mathematics Teaching experimental study based oninformation encoding and decoding;5Primary Mathematics instructional design based on research findingsand outlook information encoding and decoding.
