After20years of development, professional degree education in China hasentered the important transition period from extensive development to connotationconstruction. As a higher national education, professional degree educationshouldering the task of training applied high-level personnel. Professional degreeeducation is an education service, and service quality is the core issues. The conceptof professional degree education quality service is different with the traditionalconcept which only concerned with the quality of inputs and outputs of education; itis more focused on the whole process of professional degree education services. Thisprocess is based on the feelings and awareness of education body. Satisfaction ofboth sides of educational body and society can reflect the level of education servicesquality. Student satisfaction survey as the assessment tools, carry out educationservices quality evaluation for professional degree, can respect the dominant positionof students, attention to student needs, implement the quality management conceptsof "student-oriented".Professional degree education as a service, students are main consumer ofeducation service, students’ satisfaction with the education service quality is animportant basis for judging the education service quality. Based on the theory ofcustomer satisfaction, the thesis constructs evaluation index system of educationservice quality satisfaction for full-time professional degree, which isstudent-centered. Taking a questionnaire survey among the full-time professionaldegree’s which are in three different types of domestic universities. Using SPSSstatistical analysis of the data collected, carries out KMO test, Bartlett test ofsphericity, identity test, factor analysis, T test, analysis of variance and theimportance-performance analysis (IPA) of the resulting data, get the scores of theservice index for importance and satisfaction, analysis of gender, discipline, grades,college type and other factors affect the service quality in satisfaction. It is worthmentioning that the thesis also used Quadrant in marketing, assisted Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), explored the advantages and disadvantages of full-timeprofessional degree education service, and make college a priority to improve action.According to empirical research findings, namely from the micro and macrolevels, propose the micro strategies to improve the education service, and thesatisfaction of full-time professional degree; the macro proposal to connotationdevelopment. On the aspect of micro strategies to enhance student satisfaction: toimplement the student satisfaction strategy, develop priority action plan; to improvethe relevance of satisfaction according to university; respect for individualdifferences, and provide personalized education services. On the aspect of macroproposal to connotation development: continue to strengthen the Top-Down ofprofessional degree education service quality; to build training mode of"collaborative innovation" for professional degree; to build a sound educationservice quality monitoring system for full-time professional degree.
