Power quality is one of the important indexes for monitoring and evaluation of constitutionof college students, the test method is also in constant improvement.2007~2012years,our country adopts the grip body mass index to reflect their muscle strength of upper limbs,and in2013changed to the pull-up. The grip BMI is associated with two factors, one is themaximum grip strength is beneficial to the subjects of value, another is the subject’s weight.The grip and the subjects of life, work habits have a great relationship, and obesity willdirectly influence the test results, so the use of grip strength quality index as the measure ofcollege students the objectivity may not back strength, chin up, leg muscle strength.Objective: through the test of17~18years of age (university students grade one or two)grip, chin up, back strength and leg muscle strength and muscle strength and isokinetictesting results are analyzed, find out the strength index in a wide range of physical fitnesstest in detection and evaluation of college students for the better; and through thecomparison of the college students’ knee joint, hip joint muscles superiority side and nondominant side strength analysis, there is deep analysis of college students various jointmuscle problems, and provide a theoretical reference for the later students of physicalexamination and training.Method: by stratified random sampling method, were randomly selected from LiaochengUniversity in2012and2013grade students in17-18years old healthy male (date of birthin the years September1,1995-1996September1st) a total of20people.In the schoollaboratory testing their grip, chin up, back muscle, leg muscle strength and body weight. Inthe hospital rehabilitation center using ISOMED2000isokinetic muscle strength testingsystem for parameters of subjects and extensor isokinetic concentric contraction flexion ofwrist joint, the elbow joint, shoulder joint, hip, knee, ankle joint.Through the relationship matrix and KMO test and Bartley ball on isokinetic testing resultsof extraction and human experience, strength quality high correlation data from the testresults, according to the representative of college students body muscle force calculation ofthese data the contribution of total F. And through the grip, chin up, back strength and leg muscle strength and the total F in comparison to detect different representative strength testindex on College Students’ body muscle strength.Results:1.the test found that the strength of different performance index found backstrength and the total F of the highest correlation r=0.831, followed by the leg musclestrength r=0.774, pull-up r=0.751and F relationship is very close to the leg musclestrength, grip strength, r=0.629, and F total correlation minimum. All four test index P<0.01.2.test students shoulder, hip in three test measure conditions on both sides of thesame muscle peak torque ratio is not in the normal range, with shoulder flexors as anexample, the test results of male university students shoulder respectively by600/s,1800/s,2400/s in isokinetic testing system angular velocity test when the left shoulder, in the3test velocity, peak torque (PT) were lower than those of the right shoulder joint (p<0.01), the angular velocity of knee joint in the testing process of600/s,1800, left kneejoint flexor peak torque (PT) were lower than those of the right knee (p<0.01), and kneejoint muscle strength loss is the most serious, lack of percentage more than normal level(10%). Shows that there are obvious advantage side and non dominant physical strengthquality side.3.city and rural students strength test results are not significantly different, theback strength, leg muscle strength difference is minimum, grip strength differences arerelatively obvious, which may be related to rural and city college students3years of highschool closed of education.Conclusion:1.students and male students back strength and physical strength qualityeffectiveness of the highest, followed by the leg muscle strength and pull-up, grip thelowest validity, but back strength test is difficult, difficult to use in a wide range of physicalfitness testing, it is suggested to use chin ups in order to reflect the University boys upperlimb power quality, power through a combination of upper and lower limbs quality testevaluation of University boys.2.Students and male students body muscle strength has thesuperiority side and non dominant measurement, especially the knees, lack of musclestrength will cause students appear such as pain, swelling and joint dislocation in strenuousexercise process. Therefore, through training to improve college students vulnerable sidemuscle power not only can improve the ability of male university students, also can prevent sports injury effectively.3.The experiment also found, some students back strengthcompared with the normal value, there is a certain gap, at the end of the test, a waist isunwell, therefore, it is necessary to reasonable increase back muscle strength training, backmuscle strength level of normal college students can effectively reduce the incidence oflow back pain, can prevent low back pain, reduce the fracture and musculoskeletal injurychance.
