At present, China is in a transition period of development. During this period,economy and social organizations are undergoing profound changes, and interests of allparties are in constant adjustment phase. As a part of the social organizations, schoolreform has become the norm of educational development. School reform presents newchallenges to teachers’ collective ability, and the merits of teachers’ collective growthlargely determine the success or failure of the school reform. Deepening school reform putforward new demands to teachers’ collective growth, so explore new path of teachers’collective growth is of great necessity. Teachers’ collective growth requires certainconditions, and its path is also different from the path of general single teacher growth.Explore the path of teachers’ collective growth during the school reform from the theoryand practice has a very important practical significance.This paper tries to study teachers’ collective growth during the school reform, andstudy teachers’ collective growth from the theory and practice has some challenges. Firstly,the paper starts from the connotation of school reform, describes the four characteristics ofschool reform, and analyzes the principal motivation and obstruction of school reform.Secondly, the paper explains the four basic theory of teachers’ collective growth, andanalyzes the process and mechanism of teachers’ collective growth and put forward thegeneral path of it. On this basis, the paper focuses on interaction between school reformand teachers’ collective growth, analyzes in depth the new path of teachers’ collectivegrowth based on the background of school reform. It also put forward the new opinion ofteachers’ collective growth of integrated force and the new theory of teachers’ collectivegrowth of secondary. This paper studies the integrated force in depth. Finally, combinedwith the theories and the actual situation of primary school N, the paper analyzes the caseand further strengthens the opinions of the paper.
