Study On The Construction Standard Of The Quality Curriculum Of Ideological And Political Theory Course In University

As an important part of the Construction Project of National Excellent Courses, the construction of Excellent College Ideological and Political Theory Course is the key element to the reform of Ideological and Political Theory Course, and is also an important action to improve the teaching situation, the effectiveness and the teaching quality of Ideological and Political Theory Course. Since2003, our country has gradually built a nationwide construction system of Excellent College Ideological and Political Theory Course at the national, provincial and college level which has the important and far-reaching significance to promote the construction and reform of Ideological and Political Theory Course and the development of Marxist theory subject.This paper does research with typical materials selected from numerous studies on construction of Excellent Course at the national, provincial and college level. After analyzing the existing construction of Excellent College Ideological and Political Theory Course, author of this paper found that it has made some achievements: teaching methods and means is becoming more and more perfect, teachers’quality continuously be improved, and the effect of the teaching be enhanced continuously. However, many problems still exists in current construction of Ideological and Political Theory Course, such as the overall construction status is at low level, team construction of teachers needs to be strengthened, practice teaching is weak, construction of network resource needs to be improved, and construction achievement is not obvious, and so on. In this paper, those ideas and experiences of constructions were combed, analyzed and summarized with the aim to construct a relatively complete and practical standards system for the construction of Excellent College Ideological and Political Theory Course in the related units.The main content of standard construction include the following aspects:the ideas about education and curriculum, the construction of teaching team, teaching content and teaching organization, teaching methods and means, teaching resources and teaching conditions, management system and working mechanism, unique project and the teaching effect etc.. Meantime, The main principle should be stand by are: teaching work in harmony with the scientific research, teaching content unified with teaching method, paying equal attention to theory teaching and practice teaching, construction standard consistent with the evaluation criteria. In this paper, the connotation, features, positioning and path of standard construction has been respectively discussed, and the classification indexes and rank distinguishes standard of construction standard was proposed, the path and method to construct and improve each element of course was provided. In conclusion, the aim of this paper is mainly to help teachers and managers of the Ideological and Political Theory Course to form the "blueprint" about the high-quality curriculum construction in brain and the inner scale reference in practice. These mean will help to promote the teaching process of Excellent College Ideological and Political Theory Course more smoothly, the teaching effect of it more obvious and radiation range of it more broad.
