Run by the local people in the ideological and political education of collegestudents is not only the education to moral quality of college students, is acomprehensive education teaching. Its essential requirement is according to therequirements of the state and society to cultivate qualified college students. Privatehigher vocational colleges through the update of software and hardware facilities,taking the right approach to organized ideological education, the college students tothe correct outlook on life and values, and to overcome own weaknesses of collegestudents, through the moral education to cultivate a batch of noble character and theprofessional knowledge more solid high-quality talent team. This article firstoverview of private higher vocational colleges and its characteristics are introduced,think as college students’ ideological and political education of the new position, it allaspects of quality education for students and habits have subtle transformation andconstruction effect. In students’ private higher vocational colleges to carry out theideological and political education work, to improve college students’ ideological andpolitical quality and improve the political acumen and political discrimination,improve the ability of resist unhealthy thoughts and consciousness, the formation of\"management education, service education, environmental education\". Then, in thispaper, the non-government analyses the present situation of ideological and politicaleducation in higher vocational colleges, that in the process of private highervocational college ideological and political education to carry out, run by the localhigher vocational school teachers think that have done a lot of learning for students,but didn’t see or feel the students. Students generally think of themselves as private dothe ideological and political education of higher vocational schools to carry out is notenough.
