In the voice of less efforts but more efficiency in classroom teaching, themode of learning under the guidance of learning plans has been widely usedas a new instruction model in classroom. However, the phenomenon to pursuethe ‘form’ but ignor the ‘actual effect’also substantially exists when the modelis large-scale used. When the classroom learning becomes low effient, the lifeof ‘learning plan guide’will be slowly toward the end. As an experiencedpractitioner of this model,I will re-explore its inner value of theory andpractice. In order to propose the science and necessity of the model, thetheory part discussed the thought from some aspects-psychology basis,essential feature and implementation background ect. In practice part, Ipropose a new ‘history learning plan guide’ model in junior middle school onbasis of the research of new classroom learning mode at home and abroad,with my own and others’successful experience. This paper aims at forming anaccessible and productive template for reader’s reference.At last, in order to coordinate the relationship between teacher’s guideand student’s study, I survayed the use of the history learning plan guide injunior middle school.The study involved the teachers and the students. Frompoint to plane, I deeply dig out the reasons why the model can not realize itssuperiority. I also summarize the misunderstanding and problems inclassroom teaching practice and propose relevant countermeasures from school and teacher level. I believe, to scientific and rational use of this modelwill make moden teaching tend towards more harmonious and efficient. |
