Through the classroom teaching, classroom management becomes one of the mainfactors affecting the quality of classroom teaching. The advancement and implement ofNew Curriculum Reform has brought new changes for the classroom management andteaching in elementary and secondary school, which put forward new requirements toteachers. Scientific and effective classroom management is not only beneficial toimprove the efficiency of the teachers’ teaching, but also can promote the physical andmental development of students.However, the situation in XX Private High Schooldoesn’t seem optimistic in terms of the effect and the way. In the light of such fact,this paper will give a study from the aspects of both theory and practice to provide aneffective way.In additional to the introduction, this paper is divided into three parts:Part1, this paper focuses the study on the theoretical part. With the definition ofprivate high school and classroom management as beginning, this part will discuss theconcept, goal, content, and way of classroom management, in which way a theoreticalframe will be constructed and provide a theory basis of the investigation in next part.Part2, this paper takes XX private high school in Shandong as the researchingobject,based on the analysis of the concept, goal, content, and way of classroommanagement by using the literature reviews, sampling questionnaire and in-depthinterviews. Meanwhile, this paper makes the qualitative and quantitative analysis of theinvestigation’ results. The results of analysis reflect four problems of class management:First, the concept of classroom management is not executed completely;Second, thegoal of classroom management is not in the long run; Third, the content of classroommanagement is partial; Fourth, the way of classroom management is lack of diversity.Then, the corresponding reasons are put forward.Part3, this paper makes the following recommendation for the above problems andcauses:carry out the concept of classroom management; improve the goal of classroom management; enrich the content of classroom management; optimize the way of theclassroom management; enhance communication between home-school.
