| In graduate school has participated in Jilin Province outstanding womenmobilization preparations for the Twelfth National Winter Games pre researchwork, task is for athletes with team for monitoring the physiological,biochemical index, study of the elite athlete during intermittent hypoxiatraining, observation and study of relevant blood indexes and exercisecapacity, and provide experimental basis for the feasibility of intermittenthypoxia training in sports training.Experimental method: taking Jilin Province outstanding women’s speedskating athletes of8subjects, divided into living high training low4inexperimental group,4in control group, the atmospheric pressure low oxygentraining methods. Oxygen in the oxygen concentration in the air was16.6-14.6%, equivalent to1889-2834m between the plateau. Every day for10hours of hypoxia (9pm every day until7in the morning), for28consecutivedays. Every7days for each group of subjects blood determination oferythrocyte, hemoglobin, hematocrit index, into the cabin during the daybefore the experiment test athletes, the cabin quiet state of blood oxygensaturation and the early, late, a maximal oxygen uptake, lactate thresholdpower test.Results: the experimental group after hypoxic training athletes of3bloodindexes are on the rise, the control group had no significant changes inathletes. Two groups of athletes’ VO2max of absolute value and relative valuehas changed, the absolute value of the maximum oxygen uptake and relativegroup increased control, but the increase rate is not high, the experimentalgroup athletes’ VO2max increased significantly. The two anaerobic thresholdpower before and after the experiment test, two groups of athletes’ anaerobicthreshold power changed with the obvious difference, the experimental groupof anaerobic threshold power increased significantly, but no obvious change in the control group of anaerobic threshold. The experimental group oxygensaturation from the capsule after the fall, the control group had no change.Conclusion:1, by means of low oxygen chamber simulated altitudetraining, production may promote the athletes erythrocyte, hemoglobin,hematocrit, and out of the capsule can be maintained in a good state.2,hypoxia cabin model can help athletes oxygen saturation changes, can achievethe effect of simulated plateau.3, by means of low oxygen chamber simulatedaltitude training, promote the regeneration of red cells, can improve the bodyfunction of the level of athletes, to achieve the effect of altitude training. |
