Occupation education and economic development, people’s livelihood andemployment and the harmonious development of the society is the most directcontact, the closest Education。Characteristics and economic relevance of regional orlocal, occupation education is very prominent。Occupation education directly to thelocal economic and social services。Regional economic development must rely on theregional occupation education developed to support。With the occupation education as the research object,The main reason is theoccupation education and regional economy still is existing a disharmony:Occupationeducation development、 regional training target and regional social structure,enterprise talent demand is not high,Regional occupation education personneltraining mode can not meet the requirement,Regional occupation education cannotsatisfy diversification, regional people’s individual needs.The author makes anindependent study and consideration, based on his rich experiences in teaching,school-running and administration in vocational eduction as well as his practice in thecampaign of race for Innovative Experimental Region for Vocational Education. Fromperspectives of education, educational administration and educational economics, aswell as microcosmic, middle, and macroscopic levels, the thesis explores how theregional vocational education improves the requirements of regional economy, socialdevelopment and enterprises running, with requirements-oriented promotion as thebasic principle, starting with the analysis of a series problems existing in vocationaleducation. Theories and measurements on the innovation of regional vocationaleducation are studied systematically, including theories on macro-planning andcompact construction of regional vocational education, theories on deep coupling ofvocational education and regional economic society, theories on enhancement of skillteaching through vocational skills competition, and theories on improvement ofstudent’s professional quality to meet the urgent needs of enterprises. The thesis, bymeans of further study, aims to form practical theories, find effective solutions and deliver postive results, which is better service of vocational education for regionaleconomy and social economy development, therefore offering important referencesfor comprehensive innovation and development of regional vocational education.In the part of Introduction, the thesis explains relative macro background, basictheories, research significance, research approach and innovation points, as well as theproblems that regional vocational education is facing.The second part elaborates the new requirements of regional economy and socialdevelopment for the regional vocational education, and discusses how to make perfectplanning, establish policy, so as to build a demonstration vocational zone.The third part puts forward a series of views and suggestions of policy on how toimprove integration of vocational education with regional economy and socialdevelopment by analyzing the disjunction of them and its causes.The fourth part Recommendations and through the investigation of occupationcollege, cooperative analysis.The fifth part focuses on the viewpoint that skill teaching should be the core ofvocational education and vocational skill competition can promote skill teaching.The sixth part discusses that regional vocational education should meet the needsof economic society in personnel training and focus on cultivation of students’professional quality.
