With the Chinese development of opening and reform, our educational career has developed rapidly. In order to adapt to the need of socialism, improve scientific and cultural level of those who devote their energy to social modernism and quality of national people, our national high colleges enlarged their enrollment since1999. Owing to the Family Plan policy that causes one family only have one child, parents and their kids not only want to enter colleges,but also go to famous universities in order to find good jobs and seek promising future. As our national economy develops, the total income of each family has been increased gradually. Parents have not been satisfied with school’s education and would like to have their children educated better after school by attending outer-class training classes to improve marks. Market was born from needs. The more students go to outer-class training, the more people want to take the career. Meanwhile, our country’s policy makes private schools legal. Due to the strategy of supporting private schools and offering much help, a lot of money pours into outer-class school career. An increasing number of outer-class schools were booming. Outer-class school career became a potential career. The author creates Hefei Conquer Education Company Limited in Hefei. In the author’s opinion, how it survives and becomes bigger and stronger depends on market strategy. The essay research appears in such a situation.The thesis uses7P marketing theory with its related management theory. Firstly, I focus on analyzing the marketing situation of extracurricular training business through price strategy, physical evidence strategy, channel strategy, personnel management, sales strategy,process management strategy, product strategy etc in Hefei Conquer Education Consult Company Limited. Then I point out the problems on marketing strategy of this company. Secondly, analyze marketing environment that this company has to be faced with. Show an apparent direction for this company through the macro environment analysis, micro environment analysis and SWOT analysis. On the foundation of this analysis, concentrate on the market segments of extracurricular training business of the company, choose corresponding target market to make market positioning. Finally, the thesis optimizes marketing strategy of this company on marketing concept, network marketing, relationship marketing, service marketing, marketing efforts, telemarketing, conference marketing, experience marketing and running franchiser stores or chain stores.
