China’s Leisure Sports Professionals Construction’s Status And Countermeasures

With the rising of productivity and the declining of Engel coefficient, our residents arechanging lifestyles. Leisure sports are on the rise and flourished as an industry gradually. In thiscontext, leisure sports professionals emerged, Wuhan Sports University and Guangzhou SportUniversity began to recruit undergraduate recreational sports in2007, after that, many majorsports institutions and colleges begin to take a recruitment attempt. After several years ofefforts, the professional development of leisure sports and achieved great success, collegeadmissions, enrollment has been enhanced; the quality of talent has also been recognized by thecommunity. However, there are problems in the construction of recreational sports professional,this paper based on the Leisure Sports opened17colleges and universities in the country thestatus of the investigation, found some problems, and proposed measures to resolve the hopefor our country’s leisure sports evolving contribute.There are seven areas in our Construction of Leisure Sports problems are mainlyconcentrated:(1) Basic research is weak;(2) Training objectives confusion;(3) Lack of scientificcurriculum;(4) Lack of teachers;(5) Enrollment does not meet the needs of society;(6) Lack ofeducation and employment market butt;(7) Graduate education is weak. To solve theseproblems, we propose the following recommendations:(1) Strengthen theoretical study andmake up the short board on materials;(2) Integration of training objectives, and strive toimprove accuracy;(3) Improve curriculum, make a scientific and rational curriculum formation;(4) Enhanced faculty, accelerate construction of teachers;(5) Expand enrollment, improverecruitment channels;(6) Education and Employment butt, practice and social sync;(7) Developgraduate education...
