The Present Survey Of Present Activities In Wuhan City Amateur Sports School And The Developmental Strategies Of Its Construction Standardization

Today the international sports powers are very concerned aboutcompetitive sports reserve talent. The sports reserve talent is an importantsource of competitive sports to keep sustainable development, so the cultivationof sports reserve talent is the foundation for the sustainable development ofcompetitive sports. Amateur sports school, as the main force of cultivatingexcellent sports reserve talent in the training of competitive sports talents, playsan important role. Over the years, Wuhan amateur sports school trained a largenumber of reserve sports talents of competitive sports to Wuhan, Hubei and eventhe national field. To establish evaluation system can not only improve the levelof school, at the same time also strengthen effective supervision and guidance tothe administrative department of the school. Through the collected information,it provides a basis for the development of amateur sports schools in the futureand improves administrative department to make decisions scientifically.The study takes13Wuhan urban basic-level amateur sports school as themain research object, using the literature material law, field survey method,questionnaire survey, methods of mathematical statistics and sports management,sports training, sports sociology and related theory in order to analyze thepresent situation of Wuhan amateur sports school’s management. Based on theanalysis of the present situation, it can promote and give some reference to thenormative development of Wuhan city amateur sports school, the rationaldevelopment of corresponding solutions and countermeasures, the sustainabledevelopment of excellent athletic sports reserve personnel training in Wuhan.In the investigation and analysis of present situation amateur sports schoolnormative education, the cultivation of sports reserve talent in Wuhan still hasmany deficiencies, such as: imperfect management system in Wuhan cityamateur sports school; lack of prominent advantages and characteristics inSports setting and layout; unstable reserve personnel transportation; quantityand quality decline; unreasonable coaches team structure; lack of enrollment; shortage of funds; sole school-running mode; the quality and quantity ofhardware facilities can not fully meet the needs of the daily training; relatedleaders of amateur sports school work insufficently. In order to strengthenstandardization to promote city amateur sports school in Wuhan cityconstruction and sustainable development, sports and culture of theadministrative departments should continue to deepen reform of sportsmanagement system; movement project layout optimization; attach greatimportance to the construction and standardize the coaches; be committed toimproving the organizational structure of the coach team, improve thecomprehensive quality of the coaches; attach great importance to the sports andeducation combined with the broadness and depth, innovation education mode;broaden the channels for raising money; strive actively for governments at alllevels of sports schools amateur training and management policy support,Strengthen the propaganda to encourage the participation of social from allwalks of life.
