This paper studies used questionnaires single sports colleges recruit studentsstress factors sense to explore the personality, the relationship between parenting stylesand sense of pressure between the three, for the effective conduct mental health provideevidence. Object of study is a sports college sophomore sports single recruit450students, the measurement tool is the "Simple Parenting Style Questionnaire","Eysenck Personality Questionnaire" and "Psychological Stress Scale for CollegeStudents’ findings and conclusions are as follows:single sports colleges recruit students score higher than the pressure in the socialenvironment stress the individual’s own score; higher scores were career pressures,school environmental stress, academic stress, interpersonal stress. Girls feel pressurescores were significantly higher than boys; rural students in the total score and theindividual’s own sense of pressure and pressure scores were significantly higher thanurban students; sports training professional students in the school of environmentalstress scores were significantly higher than the national traditional sports students,there was no significant difference in scores of other factors. The results suggest that: asingle sports colleges recruit students feel pressure mainly from the social environment;girls feel pressure was significantly higher than boys; rural students feel pressure wassignificantly higher than urban students; pressure professional sense there was nosignificant difference in contrast.the spirit of the prime factors of personality tests, conceal factor boys scoredsignificantly higher than girls; no significant difference between rural students andurban students; different professions was also no significant difference.sports colleges recruit students in single parents refused factor, the factoroverprotective father, boys scored significantly higher than girls; emotional warmthfactor of urban students scored significantly higher than rural students; differentprofessional sports single recruit students no parenting style significant differences.The results suggest that: boys in both parenting styles father doting parents refused to have other characteristics; urban students than rural students better understand theparents’ emotional warmth; different professional sports single recruit students nodistinction between parenting style.sports single recruit students feel the pressure out of the spirit and personalitytraits prime factors were significantly correlated; inside and outside was a significantnegative correlation to factor; was significantly positively correlated with neuroticismfactor. The results suggest that: personality traits can affect students’ stress.(5) Family Education of parental warmth factor was the personality characteristicsof the spirit of the prime factors of a significant negative correlation; parents refusedfactor, father overprotection factor and spiritual quality factor was a significant positivecorrelation; mother emotional warmth factor and extroversion factor There was apositive correlation; parents refused factors, parental overprotection factor andextraversion factor was significantly negatively correlated; parental warmth factor andneuroticism factor was significantly negatively correlated father refused factor, fatheroverprotection factor and neuroticism factor was significantly and positively correlated.The results suggest that: parenting styles for the formation of students’ healthypersonality is important.out of a sense of pressure and Family Education factor in parents overprotectiveparents refused and was positively correlated factors. The results suggest that:parenting styles influence the students feel the pressure effect.
