Postgraduate training quality evaluation is based on the target in the cultivationof graduate students, the quality management concept into the postgraduate trainingprocess, the use of mathematical statistics and operational research method, adoptingthe specific index system, unified control of the evaluation criteria, in accordance withcertain procedures, systematic collection of postgraduate training various informationof the process, through qualitative and quantitative analysis, the graduate trainingprocess and the objective efficiency, effect objectively, fair, accurate andcomprehensive assessment, and feedback, to promote and improve the education leveland the effect of postgraduates. Quality assessment of cultivating postgraduatescontent is very complex, including the influence factors and process of graduatequality, and the evaluation of training results.In this paper, factors affecting the cultivation quality of graduate students basedon the questionnaire and Delphi method, on the basis of the acquired data, using themethod of principal component analysis to establish mentor, graduate students andschool three level indicators, and7two level indexes and31three level indexes isarranged in the first level index, and determine the levels the weight of index,evaluation standard, evaluation model. The full text is divided into six parts: the firstpart is introduction, mainly introduced the research background, research contents andresearch innovation, research methods, research, and the basic concepts; second is thetheoretical basis of some graduate students quality evaluation system, the educationsystem, economic benefit, evaluation of performance appraisal, quality control theory;practice training quality evaluation system of graduate students in study third, mainlyinspects the cultivation quality evaluation model of beauty, British, and domesticpostgraduate; analysis of the impact of training quality of master part of the fourthfactors, mainly on the internal factors affecting the quality of training postgraduatesand external factors; some graduate fifth students training quality evaluation indexselection, mainly expounds the training evaluation index primary quality of graduatestudents, and the preliminary design of evaluation index; building the qualityevaluation system of graduate students cultivation of sixth part, mainly discussed thedetermination of quality evaluation index, index weights, evaluation criteria andevaluation model of training graduate students.Looking at domestic and international postgraduate research training qualityevaluation, mainly focused on the evaluation of the concept, influencing factors, postgraduate training quality evaluation standard, evaluation method, evaluationsubject, evaluation period etc.. And have achieved some results, but most of themscattered, are generally focused on a specific subject or a professional, a region or aschool, or a part of the postgraduate education, the training system of qualityevaluation of graduate students also not enough. This paper attempts in the theoreticalperspective and a new evaluation system, constructing a graduate complete graduateeducation quality evaluation index system, with accurate, objective, fully reflected thereal situation of cultivation quality of postgraduates, reference and a reference methodfor postgraduate education department. That is, by the author, the sample restrictions,limitations we are still need to be improved and improved in the future research.Believe that with the development and maturation of students education in graduategraduate quality evaluation is becoming more and more educational administrativedepartments, institutions of higher learning and attention of the society, culture qualitymonitoring and evaluation tools, evaluation cycle, evaluation subject, evaluationmethods and other aspects of the study and practice of postgraduates will be perfectedand mature.
