The Study Of Effectiveness Evaluation Of "National Training Program" Primary And Secondary School Teacher’s Short Training Program

"National training program" is the first major project to implement the "Long-term Education Reformand Development Plan".In the three years, how to improve the effectiveness of "National training program"has become the focus of educational theory and practical. In this paper, the author exploits the policies,reality and theory evidences to establish the models about the trained teachers’ satisfaction to the "Nationaltraining program" and the effectiveness of the "national training plan". Taking some colleges in Henanprovince as example, this essay dose some research about the effectiveness of the "national training plan",and gives some advice to improve the effectiveness of the "national training plan".This essay consists of five parts:The first part is the introduction, mainly introducing the background, significance, literature review,the core concepts, research ideas and methods.The second part exploits the evidences about the models of the trained teachers’ satisfaction to the"National training program" and the effectiveness of the "national training plan", composes the two modelsand assesses the indicators’ definition about the models.The third part introduces the testing and analysis about the model of the trained teachers’ satisfactionto the "National training program". This part and the fourth choose Henan A, B, C three colleges whichbear the "national training program "Training Program-the primary chinese projects, Henan D, E, F, Gfour colleges which bear the "national training Plan "-junior high school chinese projects, A, E both bearthe" national training program "-chinese Project and math Project. Evaluat the trained teachers’satisfaction to the training instructors, training content, forms, training management and so on, using SPSSstatistical software to analysis the data. Make a comparison between schools and within schools, get someimportant conclusions.The fourth part introduces the testing and analysis about the model of the effectiveness of the"National training program".According to the results of the previous evaluation, the fifth part introduces the suggestion aboutwhat we improve the trained teachers’ satisfaction to the "National training program" and the effectiveness of the "national training plan".
